Animate Studio, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy.  This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about how Animate Studio, LLC collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit and use our website at https://www.animatestudio.org, its subdomains, and any other websites or online services that we own or control and link to this Privacy Policy (the “Site”).  

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Site.  From time to time, we may supplement this Privacy Policy with additional information about our privacy practices related to a particular activity Animate Studio, LLC undertakes.

Do Not Track

Some web browsers have “Do Not Track” or similar features that allow visitors to tell each website they visit that they do not want their activities on that website tracked. There is no uniform standard for implementing and recognizing “Do Not Track” signals.  For that reason, at present, the Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

Children’s Privacy   

Animate Studio, LLC does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 through the Site.  If you believe a child under 13 years of age has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the information provided in the Contact Us section below with a brief description of your concern.

International Visitors

We understand that you may be accessing the Site from a country outside of the United States. By accessing the Site and providing us with your information, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States.

The Site may contain links to other websites or services that are not controlled by Animate Studio, LLC.  Your use of a third-party website or any of its informational content is subject to and governed by the privacy policies, terms, and conditions of that website.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party websites.

We may update our privacy practices from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make any material changes to the ways in which we process your information, then we will take reasonable efforts to notify you of these changes.  The updated Policy will supersede all previous versions.  Your continued use of the Site after the Effective Date of the updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
